Look at who are selling properties, not just listing them ‘For Sale’.  Anyone can do that by over valuing, or offering cut price fees.

What would be  the benefit of ‘Saving’ a few hundreds of pounds on commission, whilst potentially risking the loss of thousands of pounds in negotiations and getting the sale through to a satisfactory conclusion.  Remember, it isn’t just your sale that is important, it is that of the people buying from you and those you are hoping to buy from.  Expert help is what counts and that is increased with the experience of working in the industry for some years, backed up by Awards and Testimonials (see on our new website).  N.B.
