With the last 21 properties we have agreed sales on in 2024, these have been achieved at between 1 week and 9 weeks, maximum, giving a mean average of 1.76 weeks.

How is this done?  

 Valuation.  This must be at the right figure to attract the maximum interest, in the shortest possible time.

Presentation:  This must be of a high standard with simple text and high-quality internal videos and photographs.

Exposure:  This is the same for all agents via websites and the national Portals.

Negotiating Sales:  This is down to skill and experience, being able to agree a figure with which both parties are happy.

Over the past 12 months our average of sale prices agreed, relative to asking prices, has been 98.8%, which underwritten by sound advice, is achieving figures close to asking prices.
