A LITTLE CHARITY COULD ADD UP TO A LOT

In the news today, it was announced that £50 million pounds in loose change, mainly copper and small silver, is being kept in private homes. A recommendation was made that it be given to small local charities. Larger charities receive many large donations.

At Kelvin Francis we will be putting yellow buckets outside our Cyncoed Sales and Rentals offices, for the collection of this change and we will then undertake to deposit it all with a small local charity for their benefit. We have chosen the Wallich Charity For The Homeless.

It is unlikely that many people will be able find the time go themselves, with a relatively small amount of ‘shrapnel’, to take it to a charity, but we are here in a prominent and accessible situation, making it easy for everyone to deposit their small coins. Altogether, it could add up to a substantial donation.
