Lettings Manager
A rare opportunity to join the Lettings department within a highly professional, successful and much respected Agency.
We are recruiting for a full time Manager to join our busy Lettings team in Cyncoed.
The role is permanent and would suit someone with at least one years’ experience in all aspects of the Lettings industry. It is not suitable for Candidates with no experience in the industry.
They would be working in conjunction with our Co-Manager to run the team and department professionally, efficiently and pro-actively.
- The Candidate must have excellent ‘people’ skills and be a natural problem solver.
- They must be articulate both verbally and in writing, with a high standard of grammar.
- They must be confident in liaising with Landlords, Contract Holders and Contractors.
- They must be reliable and decisive. They must have excellent communication skills.
- They must be confident and thorough in their knowledge of the industry.
Familiarity with Reapit and Fixflo would be an advantage, but is not essential as training can be given. General knowledge of property maintenance issues would also be an advantage.
