03 Dec HOW IS THE MARKET PERFORMING DURING THE PANDEMIC?

Since the market was released from the first Lockdown in late July, it has proved reassuringly buoyant.  The numbers of properties coming onto the market has been strong and demand for them, even stronger.

The level of activity peaked in October, but was still healthy during November.  Although things are now starting to quieten down somewhat, which would be normally expected at this time of the year, there is still ongoing activity and all being well, the New Year, buoyed by the recent good news over vaccines, should see a bounce in both the numbers of properties coming onto the market and the demand for them.
