Unfortunately, in polls the general public rate Estate Agents pretty far down the scale.

It is perfectly right and proper for the Owner of a property to expect the highest standards of honesty and morality from the Agent they choose, as they will be given the responsibility for arranging a sale, of what is for most people their  largest capital asset.

This involves receiving sound advice on value, good presentation, experienced negotiation skills and most importantly, but often overlooked, a tenacious and knowledgeable Team to achieve a satisfactory and early conclusion through the rocky path of the sales chain and the legal transaction. This can take many months, but an experienced and energetic Agent can reduce this to weeks.

But Trust is imperative, at all stages.
