  Tip 1.

Go on to any of the property Portals, such as Rightmove or OnTheMarket and select the area in which your property is situated.  Then use the ‘Filter’ to include ‘Sold’ properties.  You will be able to see which Agent is selling the most effectively in your area.

Tip 2.

Look at the standard of presentation by an Agent. The quality of the images and in particular, the internal videos.  This makes sure your property has the maximum ‘kerb appeal’.

Tip 3.

Check the Testimonials of the Agents you are considering.  Are they glowing?  Did the Agent perform beyond expectations?  Did they offer plenty of personal communication?
