21 Jul WHAT HAPPENS ON MONDAY 27th JULY 2020?

This is the day that the property sales and letting market will finally open fully in Wales.

What does this mean?

You will be able to view properties that are occupied, with or without the owners being present.

We will be continuing to conduct all viewings as before, with every precaution and that will include the wearing of disposable gloves, face masks at your discretion and of course social distancing.

However, at last you will be given free access to the whole market and if the past few weeks, since the conditional start on 22 June is anything to go by, it should prove pretty active.
